Our deep cleaning and move-out cleaning service focuses on detailed interior cleaning throughout the home, including all rooms, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, kitchens, appliances, laundry areas, and final finishing touches.

General Cleaning, All Rooms

• Remove cobwebs from ceilings, corners, and vents
• Dust all surfaces, including baseboards, trim, doors, and frames
• Clean walls, spot clean marks, scuffs, and fingerprints
• Dust light fixtures and ceiling fans
• Clean inside closets and shelving
• Wipe down doors, handles, and light switches
• Clean interior windows, tracks, and window sills
• Vacuum all carpets and edges
• Sweep and mop all hard floors
• Remove all trash and debris

Bathrooms

• Scrub and disinfect toilet, including base, bowl, and behind unit
• Clean sink, vanity, and countertops
• Clean mirrors, leaving a streak-free finish
• Scrub shower and tub, including tile, grout, glass doors, and fixtures
• Remove soap scum, mildew, and hard water buildup
• Clean cabinets and drawers, inside and outside
• Mop and sanitize floors

Bedrooms

• Dust all surfaces, including baseboards and trim
• Clean closets, including shelves, rods, and floors
• Wipe down doors and handles
• Vacuum carpets or clean flooring

Living Areas / Common Spaces

• Dust all surfaces and decorative ledges
• Clean light fixtures, fans, and vents
• Wipe down built-ins and shelving
• Clean windows, sills, and tracks
• Vacuum and mop floors thoroughly

Kitchen Cleaning

Detailed and appliance-focused kitchen cleaning is included with deep cleaning and move-out cleaning services.

Surfaces & Fixtures

• Clean and sanitize countertops and backsplash
• Wipe down cabinets, including exterior, interior shelves, and drawers
• Clean sink, faucet, and polish fixtures
• Degrease and clean range hood

Appliances, Deep Cleaned

• Refrigerator: remove all items, clean shelves, drawers, interior walls, door seals, and exterior
• Freezer: remove debris and wipe down interior
• Oven: deep clean interior, including racks, and remove baked-on grease and residue
• Stove / Cooktop: clean burners, grates, and drip pans
• Microwave: clean inside and outside
• Dishwasher: clean interior and door edges
• Pull out accessible appliances when possible and clean behind or underneath

Laundry Room / Utility Areas

• Wipe down washer and dryer exterior
• Clean lint trap area
• Sweep and mop floors
• Dust shelves and utility connections

Please note: we do not do laundry.

Final Touches

• Check for missed spots or debris
• Deodorize space with a light, neutral scent
• Final walkthrough for listing, showing, or move-in readiness
